Natives have released the video for their new single Stop The Rain. The single will be released on 29th July and has been described as “a slice of euphoric pop” by the Independent.
The video premiered yesterday and has already clocked up over 30,000 views. It was filmed in Morocco where the tribal pop quartet recently visited. The bands experience in Morocco was massively influence on their forthcoming second album.
Guitarist Jack Fairbrother said: “There’s a lot of negativity and xenophobia in the world at the moment so it feels like the perfect time to share a positive story about mixing with other cultures.”
Natives are sharing a positive message with Stop The Rain through new pop sensibility. It is the second offering from their upcoming 20-track concept album. The record will be accompanied by a novel to further the story around which the album has been constructed.
