Wooze Release New Track Hello Can You Go

Wooze have released their new track Hello Can You Go, formed in late 2017 out of Brixton based Muddy Yard Collective, this combines the Korean/British duo of Theo Spark and Jamie She. The track was recorded from a studio they converted in a disused builders depot and was released by Young Poet Records.

The group was formed from an “unhealthy obsession with Korean karaoke” Wooze travelled to Seoul in January to film the video. It was recorded by K Pop director Nuri Jeong who Theo Spark met on Tinder. The singles artwork was also painted by Jamie She.

The band describe themselves as Pansori (a traditional Korean music genre that combines a drummer and singer storytelling through music) for the 21st Century or a genre nicknamed “baroque n’ roll”.

Wooze play The Windmill in Brixton on 19th June for £5, tickets are available -HERE-.
